Where is my data?

Job Tracker Professional Cloud is hosted in the UK in a specially built, secure, air conditioned and fire resistance building. Meaning your data is as secure as it can be.

Who owns the data?

You do. Although the data is stored on databases in our data centre, the data itself is always yours. Should you ever decide to leave us we will provide you with a copy of the database. At all times you are also able to export data from inside Job Tracker Professional Cloud as a CSV file. We hope you never decide to leave us, but if you do you can rest assured that you will still have all your data.

What devices can run Job Tracker Professional Cloud?

Job Tracker Professional Cloud will run on machines, PCs and laptops running Windows operating systems, Apple Macintosh computers and mobile devices running Windows, Android, or iOS.
